The problem is that it fails most of the times, generally not because of the method itself but because how it’s implemented. Depending on how you use it, jealousy could truly be the best way to get your girlfriend back but it could also backfire on you and you’ll end up completely alienating her. So you want to get over a break up because you are hurting so much and you have no idea how to make it stop. I’m afraid that’s something that we go through several times in our lives and it never hurts any less than the last one. We can however learn to handle the pain better and stop ourselves from losing more than our lovers. There are three types of breakups, the mutual breakup which almost never happens, the doing of the dumping, and of course getting dumped. If you fall under the first two categories, you are most likely not reading this. I am 99 percent certain that you have been ditched by your lover, but I understand that you might be hurt even if you were the one doing the dumping.

When I give out advice on winning back an ex, I like to convince people to sort of find the calm in the storm. What I’ve found out through my experience in dealing with these people is that it’s hard to find the calmness or be cool after you get dumped by someone you love and trusted. So if you are one of those people, you’ll have to be cool or at least act cool if you would like to greatly increase your chance at winning back your ex.
