So you want to get over a break up because you are hurting so much and you have no idea how to make it stop. I’m afraid that’s something that we go through several times in our lives and it never hurts any less than the last one. We can however learn to handle the pain better and stop ourselves from losing more than our lovers. There are three types of breakups, the mutual breakup which almost never happens, the doing of the dumping, and of course getting dumped. If you fall under the first two categories, you are most likely not reading this. I am 99 percent certain that you have been ditched by your lover, but I understand that you might be hurt even if you were the one doing the dumping.
